MISSION STATEMENT:

For Tradition and Honor, Wolf Mountain Kindred (Vargbergsatten) is a community of like minded individuals who follow the Sacred Ways of Old. We foster an environment for learning and kinship, for devotion to our Gods and Ancestors. We recognize and honor the Æsir, Vanir, and Jötunn Gods. We strive to increase our presence with, and strengthen our connection to the Vættir and Ancestors. We strengthen our bonds through sacrifice, feasting, and sumble. We understand that though we are individuals, we are all connected through our actions within the Wyrd. As our actions come to pass, Urd, Verdandi, and Skuld weave our fates and the fate of this Kindred. We understand that our actions dictate the future, and as such our decisions and progress should be made with a collective honorable intent. This Kindred understands and honors the legacy of those who came before us, our collective sacred ancestors. Norse, and Germanic ways are welcomed here with open arms. Both cultures’ ways are learned and taught, as we understand the evolution of our spirituality and where it came from. Our biggest focus as a community is that of the Hearth Fire. Wherever the Hearth Fire burns our community will gather. While we recognize the modern necessity of technology, we are the most invested in gathering our folk, in person, to commune with the mighty Deities of our faith! Wolf Mountain Kindred learns from and seeks the wisdom of the Hávamál, Sagas, Eddas, and the Sacred Runes. May the wisdom gained from these sources and life experience reflect in our teachings, rituals, and our Bylaws.

My name is Earl L Isaac Jr. I’m 42 years old Married with four children, one Son and three Daughter’s. I have followed this Path and way of life sense I can remember. Growing up as a Northman, I felt a need to not just learn but to teach these ways to anyone that would listen. After many years I found myself in a position that required more than just words, but also actions. Much time had passed when three of my own pupils agreed with each other and asked me to lead not just them but others as well. I really wasn’t given a choice. However I follow the ways of old and found myself not just leading them and others but collaborating with Kindreds around the world. The best part of this Faith is the freedom to act, the ability to choose and the willingness to do what is right. As Jarl I find myself humbled by leading so many great men and women around the world. That brings me to today. Here at Wolf Mountain Kindred, we are doing something new. As we are not part of the old lands of verbal heritage of our stories, it is our goal to bring these stories to North America and to educate in these stories that not everyone grew up with and to give a better understanding of these stories and how they apply to us today. I hope everyone enjoys what we have to offer and may you enjoy this path as much as I do!

I am from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and I am very passionate about learning the history, culture, and faith of my ancestors as well as teaching it. I am blood oathed to the Norse Gods, as well as oathed specifically to the god Óðin. I have served in the U.S. Army Infantry for 7 years and am currently working to become a Norse Faith Leader in the 10th Mountain Infantry Division. I'm married and have two daughters. I strive to teach, as well as learn from those I teach, as the learning never ends, no matter the title.

I am a High Góði of Wolf Mountain Kindred and advisor to the Járl. I have been following the sacred path of our Gods and Ancestors for over 12 years. I am a husband, and father to two beautiful children. Teaching our ways over the years has brought great joy and fulfillment to my life, and I’m lucky to be able to do this along side my Brothers and Sisters. We welcome those old and new to the faith and I personally look forward to teaching and learning from all who join us. My goal here is simple, stay true to the faith, stay true to our Gods, stay true to our ancestors, stay true to our Hearth, and stay true to myself. My wife Holly and I have been together since 2016, Married since 2019. We have 2 children our son James who is 6 years old & our daughter who is 2. I have been practicing this faith walking this life for a little over a year now. The reason for walking this life this path found me more than I found it just some that called to me and been studying and learning the old ways as much as can since I started walking this path. My role in this kindred is law speaker.

Vincent Morales

I am from Florida, married with three kids. As of November 2023 I will be an Army Veteran with a combat deployment to Afghanistan. As a founding member of Wolf Mountain Kindred I am responsible for the website and web servers (Discord, Facebook, Youtube). I also find myself as the media editor for video and photos alike.
